Day 14 of 24 days of beauty advent posts-Glossier Cloud Paint

Day 14 is Glossier Cloud Paint.

This is the second Glossier featured item in my 24 days of beauty advent posts. Day 10 was the Glossier Boy Brow (where you'll also find a discount code for your first order!) and today I have the cute Cloud Paint. This is a cheek colour which is a liquid but not a cream as I thought (and had hoped).

Cloud Paint is a gel cream formula which has been developed to be really easy to use, with the best way to apply being with your fingers. You literally just dot the tiniest amount on to the apples of your cheeks and then blend in.

The first thing I have to say is Cloud Paint is ridiculously pigmented. Like even though the tube seems to be a tiny 10ml, this will out live me! Even a big drip would be too much. Especially because Cloud Paint is for that type of fresh faced/just got back from an invigorating country walk/starting to get a little bit tipsy type of look. And I definitely say apply this to the apples of your cheeks and not higher up the cheek bone, which is where I usually apply my powder blushes for a more uplifted look. By applying on to your apples, you will get the fresh, flushed from within look.

There are four paint shades to choose from; Dusk, Puff, Beam and Haze. Haze is the shade I bought because I like to see blush on me. This was an error because Haze is the darkest of the paints and it's a dark pink. Too dark for me. This shade would look great on darker skin tones though.
But that was my error and I am sure that the lighter tones will be better for me and more wearable.
There's also collagen in Cloud Paint, which helps to hydrate and plump the skin. It's also hypoallergenic, paraben, cruelty and fragrance free.

And the packaging.. adorable. £15.00 from Glossier.com

xx
