A Bargain Zara Haul

I've got a bit of a bad habit for checking the Zara website every other day. And why? Well because I love the on trend, sometimes quirky and very affordable pieces they come up with. I've picked up a few bits recently, mostly T-Shirts, as I found I was seriously lacking. And I have to add I've been so impressed with the online delivery - both orders I made on a Friday evening and they were delivered by the lovely Hermes man on Sunday afternoon!

The above T-shirt is really for bloggers/You Tubers and I love the tongue in cheek "let's laugh at ourselves" message. This t-shirt is only £5.99. With nearly everything from Zara, I have to go a size down as they come up big, which is what I did with this top but it is a little too snug for me but at £5.99 it's not worth the hassle to send it back and I expect it's going to sell out really quickly. And I have re-joined the gym so you know..

Oh and I thought I'd try taking photos outside. I'm not sure I like it and apologies for the grumpy face. I wasn't grumpy at all but it's my resting bitch face! (after this one I decided to crop out the grimacing face!).
Because I am a huge fan of Jurassic Park, I just had to get this dinosaur T. £12.99 and it's a great fit-not too tight or loose. I accidentally put it through the washing machine and it came out fine, thank goodness. I'm wearing it here with a faux leather skirt but it also looks great tucked in to jeans.
I think having a couple of back t-shirt style tops is a basic requirement for any wardrobe. I couldn't decide which of these two to order, so I ordered both!
As you can see this is a basic top with a bit of a frill on the sleeve. £7.99. Tucked in to these Aztec style culottes from Asda (£12.00).
For the same price (£7.99) I also got this longer sleeved frilled t-shirt. I prefer this one out of the two as it's got something a bit more interesting about it.
Yellow dresses are everywhere at the moment - probably as a result of the yellow dress worn in LaLa Land. I've never worn anything yellow before so this was a brave move for me and I'm glad I did. This cotton dress (£19.99) is cool and loose for hot days and can be more pulled together by wearing a tighter fitting jacket on top. Which is what I did when on holiday recently.
Talking of which here are few hotel corridor mirror shots of some of these items in real life situations.
So as you can see you can definitely get some bargains from Zara, especially if you keep an eye on their "special prices" section.
